What is supercritical fluid extraction?
The Highest-Developed Biotechnology
Carbon dioxide is the colorless and dull gas under the normal temperature and pressure, which is the most common supercritical fluid. Extraction conditions for supercritical carbon dioxide are above the critical temperature of 31°C and critical pressure of 74 bar. Supercritical fluid is suitable for a solvent; it can effuse and separate the desired materials with no chemical reaction. Extraction will perfectly remain the active substances of the extracted materials. Carbon dioxide is allowed to completely evaporate leaving no solvent residues under the normal temperature and pressure, which is a high-advanced extract technology we have in the world.
Features
1.Damage-free extraction will be done at a constant temperature at 31 °C for biological active substances.
2.Molecule (10-6 μm) will help the absoptivity up with 20-50x.
3.Carbon dioxide solvent is stable and having nothing with chemical reaction
4.Organic solvent residues free. Extract is presumed 99.9% pure.
5.Extraction is available for any required properties.
